This is probably one of the most important songs in my life… that sounds ridiculous. I remember when i first heard it. I used to record Channel 4 and 5 late at night on VHS so that I could watch the TV that was aired from around midnight til the tape ran out when i got home from school. Shows like Adam & Joe, Pets, that weird cartoon with Freddie Mercury… One night I recorded a show called Pioneers- a documentary about the Pixies. Holiday Song live from 1988 was how it opened and from that moment until this day, the Pixies are my all time favourite band.
